Looking back on the feedback from my draft magazine i have noticed that there are key areas that i am lacking in, my contents page being the main area in which i need to improve by improving the layout of the whole page and the images i have used, Also it seems that i need to widen my variety in fonts that i have chosen to use with potentially changing the main title font i have chosen to use, Another point which can be made is that my images aren't of the best quality so for my final magazine i will work on improving the final look of these images making them look a lot more professional and less distorted throughout the magazine.
Teacher feedback- From my feedback from my teacher it seems that i need to change my front cover image as it is to over whelming on the whole page, meaning i am going to explore other ways to make the simple look work without it making the page look too over whelming and also how it links throughout the magazine, i also got a comment on how the font on my double page was too big and how i need to remember key things which i will and can all be included within my final magazine to improve and make it a lot better than my first draft magazine

The colours featured within these colour palettes are the main colours that i want to be featuring throughout my magazine, a lot of blacks and grey with maybe the touch of a colour like a soft peach or light blue, i think by adding a pop of colour it refers back to my research and audience profiles of those who like to dress and wear dark colours but sometimes like to add a tiny bit of colour to their outfit to create a sense of difference and individuality which is the reason as to why i think it would benefit my magazine and help me reach out to my target audience if i was to add a pop of colour, also making it stand out and be different from other magazines allowing me to put my own edge on it, also throughout my magazine i will be featuring black and white images which feature within the colour palettes, i like the depth black and white images create as they are fitting and link well with my style of font i am choosing to use, but i may also be using coloured images to create the contrast within my magazine but still allowing it to link together to create one
For hair and make up i want to keep it simple and soft looking, i think for the main front cover image it is important for the indie look not to have too heavy make up and hair, i was to incorporate general convections which are seen throughout different magazines with soft looking hair and make up, sometimes adding in a bold lipstick colour or a dark lipstick colour to add depth and dimension to the image
This week i have began to start the thought process for my final magazine, which is bringing me to create more mood boards to explore my genre that i have chosen more and allowing me to get more creative with my thought process
Young Alts is the genera that my music magazine would fit into, Young Alts is for people who like to be a bit different and like to class themselves and individual and 'Indie' they like things that are different and aren't classed as main stream they will often be seen not listing to chart music and liking bands and artists that people may not of heard of before, they like to find themselves, they have their own sense of style and attitude.
But whatever they do they support who they like to the full, they will full on support the band of musician that they listen to and will 'fangirl' in any way possible to show their passion and love for the artist.
For my magazine this is the audience i will be aiming to reach as i feel for an inide alternative magazine its the audience that you need to attract, this is why i have drawn inspiration for I-D magazine, as the simplicity and edgy ness of the covers and contents pages i personally feel draw the reader in but will only draw in a certain type of audience and it would have to be an audience that felt and could appreciate the simplicity yet creativity of a magazine like 'I-D' magazine, so it is very important for me to follow the main convections of 'I-D' magazine to achieve what i am trying to.
